Novels to attend the internet

Novels to attend the internet – and learn classics and dramas with the help of a cell phone on various free channels.

The rush from day to day gives no respite, and that sacred time to accompany an enveloping plot can be a true respite.

Nowadays you can watch novels on the internet, without a cell phone, tablet or watch on a smart TV.

And the best: there are options for everything — from classic Brazilian novels to Korean dramas (I'm apaixonei for some recent ones, I confess!).

Next, we list the apps and channels in order from the least known to the most popular, to help you discover new options.

Channels and applications to watch online novels

Play TV

Few people know about it, but it's an excellent free alternative. It's the official app of TV, a public broadcaster that offers older Brazilian soap operas and educational content.

I have seen novels like “A Escrava Isaura” (a version with Lucélia Santos) and other classic productions that make history.

Free, Available for Android, iOS and web.

Pluto Television

Pluto TV is a free streaming service with live and on-demand channels. And now, I've found old novels floating around, mainly Mexican novels dubbed in Portuguese. Além disso, eles têm um canal só de dramas!

It was because of Pluto that I attended my first drama, “Boys Over Flowers”, and I ended up missing the genre: a narrative, a background music, dramatic sounds… it's a world apart.

Free, available on Play Store, App Store and browser

SBT Videos

The official SBT app has several novels available, such as “Carrossel,” “Chiquititas,” and “Cúmplices de un Resgate.”

Best for your children or those who feel healthy in the novels that marked your childhood.

Minha filha loves watching “Carinha de Anjo” with me, it's a moment we saw again.

Free, with login option. App and official website

PlayPlus (Record TV)

This app is called Record, and it offers novels such as “Os Ten Mandamentos,” “Amor Sem Igual,” and several biblical plots that will win over the public.

A friend of mine is passionate about those biblical novels, and she always tells me something new to see. The PlayPlus is a free and paid part.

Free content, plus recent novels that require murder. Available on Android, iOS, and browser.

Globoplay

A beloved two phases of novels. At Globoplay you find a huge collection of novels, from the most popular to eternal classics such as:

  • “Vale Tudo” (1988)
  • “Tieta” (1989)
  • “Family Ties” (2000)
  • “Oh Clone” (2001)
  • “Apaixonated Women” (2003)
  • “Lady of Destiny” (2004)

And again, these classics have an absurd force. I attended “Laços de Família” for the second time with my wife, and again I started Camila's dinner, scraping her hair.

Available for Android, iOS, smart TVs and website.

Say bonus: where to watch dramas

If you want to watch (or start watching) dramas, there are dedicated apps:

Viki Rakuten: has Korean, Chinese and Japanese dramas. Many with legend in Portuguese. Um two best things because it's starting.

Netflix: Offers super popular dramas such as “Crash Landing on You” and “Extraordinary Attorney Woo”.

kocowa: Specialized in Korean dramas, with a direct license from Korea.

Minha's wife attends “Goblin” and convinces me to see it too… wow, what a cute drama! Intelligent restaurant, exciting dinners and a wonderful soundtrack.

It's time to see the novels that marked your childhood, the modern plots or the mergulhar in the world of two dramas, options that are not lacking.

Nowadays, you don't have to worry about missing a chapter. It gives you access to everything in the palm of your hand, with free and paid apps, depending on your taste and budget.
